The Marlboro 310 project in Marlborough, Massachusetts, features 75 multifamily units across 5 stories, delivered through an integrated, componentized construction approach. The project combines a mass timber structural system, prefabricated curtain wall assemblies, and factory-built bathroom pods manufactured by Bathsystem USA using its proprietary CLS® floor system.
The bathroom pods are independently evaluated and approved under an ICC-ES Evaluation Service Report (ESR), providing verified code compliance, consistent quality, and streamlined approvals while integrating seamlessly into the overall building system.
