As a key manufacturing partner for the pioneering Juno East Austin Apartments, Bathsystem USA supplied all prefabricated modular bathroom pods, supporting the project’s fast-paced construction and innovative methodology. The five-story residential building-Austin’s first mass timber structure-leveraged factory-finished pods to streamline the integration of complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across all 24 studio and one-bedroom units.
To meet the project’s unique structural requirements, Bathsystem USA engineered a custom CLS concrete light structure pod design, allowing the pods to be seamlessly installed within the mass timber superstructure and enabling efficient final concrete pours on-site.
