As a key manufacturing partner for Vanilla 301, LLC, a four-story multifamily project in Madison, Wisconsin, Bathsystem USA supplied 32 prefabricated modular kitchen pods, supporting an efficient construction schedule and consistent design execution across the building.
Designed in collaboration with Neutral Studio Architects, the project leveraged factory-built kitchen pods to simplify on-site installation while ensuring seamless integration of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The off-site manufacturing approach minimized site disruption and allowed for precise quality control throughout all four floors of the building.
Bathsystem USA’s prefabricated kitchen pod solutions enabled faster installation, reduced coordination between multiple trades, and delivered uniform finishes that met the functional and aesthetic standards required for hospitality environments.
